Course Information
Prepare for an unforgettable session of fun and adventure at Southwater Watersports. Young people will have the chance to dive into activities like kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP'ing). Our team building and raft building challenges will encourage creativity and cooperation, while the orienteering courses will test their navigational skills and sense of adventure! At Southwater Watersports, we’re committed to providing a safe and enriching environment. We understand the importance of variety, so for those joining us multiple times during the week, we aim to keep experiences fresh and exciting. So gear up for the Kids Activity session—a perfect blend of learning, discovery, and laughter that your young ones will be talking about long after the day is over. We offer morning and afternoon sessions as well as an option for a discounted full day of fun just choose your option when booking. Let the adventure begin!




Booking Policys
- Minimum age of a participant is 8yrs old. - If the participant is U18, a parent/ carer will need to directly drop off/ pick up the participant and complete their activity form. I understand that the Emergency Number provided should be someone who is able to immediately collect or respond to the participant's needs, should something arise. - Please see our full Booking Terms and Conditions on our website to see our refund policy. **Southwater Watersports Ltd reserves the right to refuse activities to any person deemed unsuitable/ unsafe** - HDC (Horsham District Council) in partnership with Southwater Watersports Ltd maintains supervision of the Cripplegate Lake and surrounding area, but as a large body of untreated open water hosting a range of wildlife, factors beyond our control may create an unsuitable environment for watersports. In such circumstances the council reserves the right to close the lake to watersports activities. The lake water can also have varying bacterial levels which cannot be controlled and so people who take part in watersports at the lake should, therefore, be aware for the inherent risks associated with inland open water, such as Leptospirosis (Weil's' Disease) and the Council or Southwater Watersports Ltd cannot be held liable for any ill health resulting from such activity. - All participant's and their parent/ carer need to be completely aware that there can be a risk to injury doing any watersports. All participant's nor parent/ carers will not hold, in any way, anybody from Southwater Watersports Ltd responsible for any injury/ accident while doing the watersports that is offered by them, unless they were negligent. All participants need to be reasonably fit to take part in the activity they wish to do. Southwater Watersports Ltd operate with their Safeguarding Policy to look after and support Child safety and Adults at risk. **Clothing: Participants will be provided safety equipment, which may include wetsuits, but as a minimum they will be expected to have a T-Shirt, shorts/ swimwear, a full change of clothes and secure footwear to go on the crafts**
